The purpose of this section of MyStudioMentor.com is simply to
explore new ideas, styles, and artistic fulfillment! Each week I will be
posting my favorite image created from that week captured from an actual
session. I hope some of my images can spark an idea or two for you and I also
would love to receive feed back and your thoughts!

What fantastic start to a day! A few weeks ago I blogged about flying over Mt. Rainer with one of my clients in his new plane! This week’s image was taken during that exciting ride! It was about 7:45am and the sun had just hit the mountain. This was a once in a lifetime shot, Mt. Rainer at 16,000ft with Mt. St. Helens in the background! –TECH. INFO.- Fuji S5, 18mm Nikor Lens, ISO 100, 250th of a Sec. @ 9.5. I shot it at 250th to minimize the movement of the plane; we were going about 300 knots. I also used our fine art “Truce” effect to enhance the image’s artistry. Check out St. Helens in the background, well, what’s left of it. Enjoy! |
